On Thursday 28th April 2016, a four minutes and 27 seconds video of well respected man m@sturbating in office went viral. The man was later identified as Minster. Enock Ruberangaba Sebineza 54, the Democratic Republic of Congo state Minster for Posts Telecommunications was caught p@nts down getting some a quick relief.
The video shows the minister gets out his huge penis to m@sturbate, ejacul@te and ‘ ‘ dutifully secure his produce’’ using a white piece of cloth. The video shows shows the minster indeed very happy and excited after the masturbating. He puts his ‘produce’ in the dustbin and resumes his work. All this happened in front of the official portrait of President Joseph Kabila and country’s National flag. As expected, the National’s quickly, created a hastag #SebinezaMustGo which went viral. The President later succumbed to public pressure and fired the minister on 30th April 2016.
